The challenge
Prisma works differently from a classic estate agent: before a property is marketed, the team checks whether building rights, plot, structure, land register or use can still add value. Online, this strength was not visible as a reason to sell with Prisma.
There was no page that spoke directly to owners who want to sell and matched their search. And there was no way to measure which enquiries actually turned into meetings and mandates.
My approach
I built positioning, landing page, campaigns and measurement as one system. The hook is decades of development experience, not a valuation calculator: real reference projects show what is still possible before a sale.
- Search intent analysis and a rebuild of the Google Ads campaigns around selling intent and remarketing
- Landing page in two versions: detailed for owners who want to read up, compact as a campaign page
- A/B test of the long against the short version
- Reference projects told as starting point, approach, result
- Conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager with Consent Mode v2, conversions for seller enquiry and call
- Lead cockpit: every enquiry with source and a quality rating up to the mandate
- Owner guide as a PDF download
Results
Landing page and ads now match exactly what owners search for. This raised the Quality Score in Google Ads by two points. A higher Quality Score usually lowers the cost per click, so more of the budget goes into enquiries with real selling intent. In the lead cockpit Prisma sees which enquiries turn into meetings and mandates.
